Aerial Photography & 4K Video

Cinema-class drone shoots for marketing, brand films, real estate, event coverage, broadcast.

How aerial photography & 4K video help your business

Four steps from your problem to your win.

Your problem

Your business needs marketing content that ground photography can't deliver.

The aerial angle sells. Whether real estate, hospitality, events, construction, or municipal: the bird's-eye changes the story.

What we capture

We plan the flight around your shot list: golden hour, weather window, specific angles.

4K video. 45 MP stills. Cinematic moves (orbits, reveals, top-downs). FAA Part 107 compliant.

The deliverable

Edited footage + color-graded photo set: ready to use.

Multiple aspect ratios for social. Branded if you need it. Raw files included.

How it pays off

Marketing that stops the scroll. Listings that sell faster. Events that look as big as they felt.

Real estate moves quicker. Hospitality bookings climb. Marketing assets last for years.

Cinematic aerial photo and video for the moments you want to look the way they felt. Real-estate listings, brand films, hospitality marketing, automotive launches, event coverage, corporate brochures. Skyflex frames the shot, plans the day, pilots the aircraft, and hands back a finished piece: not a stack of raw clips you have to figure out what to do with.

What you receive

  • Edited 4K video master: the hero deliverable, color-graded and finished for your primary use case.
  • Social cutdowns: 60-, 30-, and 15-second versions formatted vertical and square for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts when those are part of the brief.
  • Color-graded still images as high-resolution JPG with the lossless source files included so your designer can re-grade or composite without quality loss.
  • Optional raw footage handoff if you want the source clips for your own editor.
  • Music licensing handled on request: we license tracks under your name through the standard commercial libraries so the deliverable is cleared for the platforms you publish on.

The hardware behind a defensible 4K deliverable

We fly cinema-class drones with one-inch or larger sensors, mechanical-shutter still capture, and a 4K (or higher) video pipeline. ND filters and gimbal stabilization handle the cinematic-motion side: smooth pullbacks, low-angle reveals, parallax orbits. Sensor size and shutter type matter for the look; cellphone-grade drones don’t produce broadcast-acceptable footage and we don’t pretend they do.

The questions buyers ask first

  • Licensing and usage rights? Default deliverable license covers the platforms named in your statement of work. Broadcast, paid-media, or perpetual-rights use is quoted as a usage-tier upcharge: same model agencies use for stock or talent.
  • Turnaround? Standard delivery is 5-10 business days for an edited master after the shoot; rush turnarounds are quoted per project.
  • Weather contingency? Cinematic shoots have specific light and weather requirements: we plan around them. If the day is unusable, we reschedule rather than ship a compromised deliverable. Travel-day costs for a weather hold are spelled out in the SOW.
  • Talent and property releases? Your responsibility for the people on camera; ours for the airspace and FAA authorizations. We coordinate with your producer or client lead if releases need to be paired with our flight permissions.
  • What resolution and codec do you deliver in? 4K H.264 / H.265 for masters; 1080p exports for social; ProRes or DNxHR available on request for clients with broadcast-grade post pipelines.

Airspace and people: the FAA framing

Every shoot flies under FAA Part 107. Flights over people require either compliance with the Operations Over People category rules or a specific waiver: we plan that into the day, especially for event coverage and crowded venues. Controlled-airspace flights (near airports, military installations, or restricted zones) are authorized via LAANC, handled by Skyflex before mobilization. Permits, NOTAMs, and any required coordination with local authorities are part of the production scope, not your problem.

Who buys this

Real-estate brokers and developers (listing reels, project marketing), hospitality and resort operators (brand films, room-tour-into-grounds reveals), tourism boards (destination marketing), automotive and powersports brands (vehicle reveals, dealership campaigns), corporate marketing teams (recruiting reels, campus brochures), and broadcast / event-production crews (sports, festivals, corporate keynotes) needing aerial inserts they can drop into a larger edit.

How it’s priced

  • Day rate for the shoot: covers pilot, drone, gimbal/sensor package, and on-site direction.
  • Post-production line items: edit, color grade, music license, social cutdowns; each priced separately so you only pay for what your campaign actually needs.
  • Usage-tier upcharges for brand campaigns, broadcast use, or perpetual rights: standard model in commercial production.
  • Multi-day shoots get a per-day discount; travel and lodging billed at cost for shoots outside the standard mobilization radius.
