360 Virtual Tours

A walkable tour of your property that lives in a browser. We capture spherical 360° panoramas at vantage points across the building or site, stitch them into a navigable scene graph, and publish the tour to CloudPano. Anyone with a browser can pan, zoom, and click between rooms or floors: no app, no download, no plug-in. The tour embeds straight into your site, your listing, or your sales deck.

What you receive

• Hosted CloudPano tour with a branded interface: your logo, your colors, your call-to-action button inside the tour itself.
• Embed code for your website, MLS listing, leasing portal, investor deck, or any place that accepts an iframe.
• Hotspot navigation linking each scene to the next: visitors move from lobby → showroom → mezzanine → rooftop with a click.
• Floor-plan overlay on tours where it matters: visitors orient by tapping a room on the floor plan and jumping straight into that scene.
• Downloadable individual panoramas in high-resolution equirectangular format if you want them outside the tour for separate use.

Terrestrial capture, aerial when it adds something

Most scenes are captured on a tripod with a professional 360° camera at eye height. When an elevated vantage point would help: a rooftop overview, an aerial-perspective lobby, a hard-to-reach mezzanine: we add drone-captured spherical panoramas to the same tour. Drone work happens under FAA Part 107; terrestrial-only tours don’t require it.

The questions buyers ask first

• How long does the tour stay live? First year of hosting is included in the project. After year one, hosting is an optional monthly fee: your tour stays up as long as you stay subscribed.
• Does it work on mobile? Yes. CloudPano tours render on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and every modern desktop browser. No app required.
• Can we put it on our MLS / leasing site? If the listing portal accepts an iframe or virtual-tour URL, yes. Most major platforms do; we test the integration for your specific portal during delivery.
• Can we update the tour later? Individual scenes can be replaced if a space is reconfigured. A full re-capture is priced separately as a new tour.
• Who owns the panoramas? You do. Every equirectangular frame is yours, downloadable from the project.

Commercial real estate brokers and landlords (lease faster, screen tenants remotely), hospitality operators (let guests pre-walk the property), retail and restaurant chains (showcase a flagship location to prospects), event venues (sell the space without an in-person visit), manufacturing operations (publish the facility for sales tours and recruiting), and public-sector facility documentation (libraries, courthouses, recreation centers).

How it’s priced

• Per-property flat fee scaled by building square footage and the number of scenes the tour requires: a small retail store is one number, a multi-floor office is another.
• First year of hosting included. Optional monthly hosting after year one keeps the tour live indefinitely.
• Aerial scenes add a per-scene line item when the tour calls for drone-captured panoramas.
• Branding customization beyond the standard (custom UI, custom landing page, CRM integrations) is scoped separately.
